Open Congress- Site is the most comprehensive for the current session. Track bills and members, read comments, and rate your legislator.
 
On the Issues- Site collects vote and quote data and forms a conclusion as to political orientation.
 
Project VoteSmart- Site has questionnaire (called political courage test) that few candidates complete, as well as a lot of other information.
 
Legistorm- Staff salaries and earmarks by member.
 
GovTrack- Research legislation for the current and past sessions of Congress.
 
MAP Light- Money and politics. Site tracks donations and relates them to votes.
 
Elections 2010 (USA Today) site with percents, number of votes cast, and various demographics such as race, education, etc. of the voters in each district
