Your website administrator and group Executive Director, Paul Henry, is a retired Florida Deputy Sheriff and State Trooper with over 25 years of law enforcement experience in Florida, having retired from the Florida Highway Patrol as an investigations Lieutenant. During this time, Paul investigated numerous identity theft cases, the most notorious of which was the 2003 capture of Florida's most wanted fugitive Walter Rhodes, who absconded parole in 1995 after being involved in the murders of Trooper Philip Black and Canadian Constable Donald Irwin in 1976. Rhodes was using a stolen identity in the State of Washington.
